If one or more staff members have completed a training course in full or if The Career Path deems the Client to have exploited the product before initiating a refund, this policy will be rendered null and void.

Notwithstanding any conflicting provisions contained in the return policy, in the case of an annual subscription’s automatic renewal, a specific exemption shall be enforced.
